1. Does this product come with software?

Answer: This tester comes with a CD, which contains a driver installation program and English diagnostic software

2. Is there any Chinese software? Is it free?

Answer: Yes, please contact customer service to provide a download link, the software is free.

3. What is the Bluetooth matching password?

Bluetooth matching password 1234 or 0000

4. Can it be used on a laptop?

Answer: As long as it is a Windows computer PC and a laptop, it can be used (a Bluetooth receiver is required). Note: Win8 system cannot be used.

5. Can my car use it?
Answer: This is a universal tool that supports a variety of vehicles, but not all vehicles can use it. The ELM327 product must be supported by the vehicle ECU protocol to be used. If the protocol used by your car’s driving computer is not within the supported range, or if it uses a custom protocol, it cannot be supported, that is, it cannot be used. For example: if it cannot connect to the ECU, it means that your car is not supported. It is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged. (The V1.5 version can support 90% of the cars on the market)

6. Does it support ABS or airbag alarms?

Answer: These are not supported. (Some fault codes appear again after they are cleared and the car is started again. This kind of fault code needs to be repaired at the repair shop before it can be cleared)
