Refund and Returns Policy

At NOANKO, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is in the original packaging

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return include:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Downloadable software or digital items (if applicable)

Clearance or final sale items

2. Return Process
Contact us at sales@noanko.com to request a return authorization.

We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us first.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

PayPal Fee Notice:
According to PayPal’s policy, starting from 2019, the transaction fee originally charged by PayPal is non-refundable even if the payment is refunded. Therefore, if you paid via PayPal and request a refund, we will deduct the PayPal transaction fee (typically 4.4% of the payment amount + a fixed fee), and refund the remaining amount to you.

Example:
If you paid $100 via PayPal, PayPal charges $4.40 + $0.30 = $4.70 in transaction fees. If you request a refund, you will receive $95.30.

Special Notes:

If we initiate a refund due to issues such as product unavailability or other order fulfillment problems on our end, we will bear the full PayPal fee and issue a full refund to you.

If you request a refund due to personal reasons, the refund will be issued after deducting the PayPal transaction fee as described above.
