1. Shipping Options by Region
We currently offer two main shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

For North America and Europe:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS / Dedicated Line): 5–8 business days

For Other Regions (Asia, Africa, South America, etc.):
Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotions. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.

4. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, depending on your country’s laws.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

NOANKO is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with your building security, neighbors, or local postal office

Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

If unresolved, email us at sales@noanko.com and we will assist you

6. Shipping Restrictions
We may also limit shipping to PO Boxes or military addresses depending on the courier used.
